peninsula of Crozon is a classified site in the heart of the national
Conservatory of the littoral. Regarded as "a model of the Breton
coasts", all types of the cliffs of Brittany are represented there. |
The Crozon peninsula - Plaisance Camaret The peninsula of Crozon represents a few thousands of hectares of dunes, of littoral moors particularly representative of the littoral natural environments in term of fauna and flora. Strongly exposed to the winds, few people live by the coast however; traces of occupation dating from the Megalithic era were found on the spot.
